BISHOP FRED HOWARD D.DIV, PHD is a born-again believer who came from very humble beginnings. He is the son of the “Spirit of Memphis Quartet” baritone singer Mr. FRED WILLIS HOWARD and Mrs. Ollie Mae Howard. He is very happily married to Minster April Howard M.Ed. They have 4 children Corbin Howard, Ryan Mabry, Cambria Howard and Christian Mabry. They also have 2 grand-children Quinn and Jaylen. Bishop Howard has 3 sisters Tessie Howard, Rosalyn Richardson and Yolanda Dennie.
BISHOP HOWARD accepted the Lord at the very young age of 8 years old and was baptized. He grew up in the church under the tutelage of his uncle Rev. A.L. Jones at Lutheran Baptist Church.
BISHOP HOWARD is a Persian Gulf War veteran of 6 years and served with honor and diligence in the United States Navy.
He currently holds several degrees; including D.Div from Cornerstone Theological Seminary, a Doctorate in Natural Medicine , a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree.
BISHOP HOWARD is also a National Certified Facilitator for DDI. (Development Dimensions International) and has his Master Certification in Life Coaching specializing in:

- Master life coaching BISHOP HOWARD was consecrated as a Bishop in 2003 under the banner of the Christian Fellowship of Judaic and Pentecostal Churches under guidance of Chief Apostle D. Dewayne Rudd, Sr.
He also received his conference of Apostolic Succession via the SACRAMENTAL APOSTOLIC CONTEMPORARY CONVERGENCE COMMUNION as recognized by the JOINT COLLEGE OF BISHOPS.
BISHOP HOWARD was voted to become only the 2nd pastor in the 53 years history of the Lutheran MB Church, affectionately known as LMBC, on Sunday December 12th, 2022.
He has traveled and preached to countless numbers of individuals and shared the tremendous gospel of Jesus Christ. At the age of 7, as a youth he began playing the piano and at the age of 13 began playing the organ. He has thus played for ministries around the nation from California to Florida and various points in between.
He currently serves as the President and Chief Administrative Officer for HF Capital Markets in MEMPHIS, TN.
Bishop Howard believes through both his spiritual convictions as well as a hunger and thirst for righteousness that it is his moral duty to serve mankind by living a Godly life and bringing the hope of Jesus Christ to mankind.
